If you haven't heard the name Flying Tigers, you might recognize their planes. They flew a USA-made Curtiss Warhawk painted with a menacing-looking shark mouth design that eventually became iconic. The Flying Tigers were an elite USA Fighter Plane Squadron, made of volunteer pilots from the Marines, Navy and Air Force, who took on some of the most dangerous missions in the South Pacific.

We salute these heroes of the Greatest Generation with this highly detailed new embroidered work shirt. Usually, fighter planes of this era had nose art painted on the nose of the aircraft - often images of sexy pin-ups. Since the Warhawk already had the shark mouth painted on the nose, we decided the pin-up girl needed to be sitting on the plane.
